Most CMM training exists in an off-site facility, working on parts you do not make, with drawings you have never seen, on a CMM that is not yours.

Any programmer, or programmer in training has the best chance of succeeding when they are trained at their facility. All of the questions that come up while working on familiar parts are what drive further discussion, and further learning.
